Thank you for shopping with Fantasy In Black. This policy explains how we deliver both our physical and digital products, and what to expect once you place an order.

1. Digital Products

Digital coloring books and digital wall art are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved for these items, and they are unaffected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Delivery method

Digital files are delivered via an instant download link at checkout or via email.

Delivery time

Digital products are typically available immediately after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1–12 hours due to processing or email delays.

File access & format

You'll receive a download link in [PDF / JPG / PNG] format. We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly, as links may expire after 90 days.

If you don't receive a link to your digital product within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

2. Physical Products

Domestic shipping only — we do not currently ship internationally.

Order processing time

Physical orders (coloring books) are processed within [1–3 business days], Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, new releases, sales, and holidays, processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

3. Address & Changes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Fantasy In Black isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order has been processed or shipped.
• We're currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses. 

4. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Packages

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Still missing after 2 days? Reach out at Info@fantasyinblack.com, and we'll help sort it out.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Delayed packages

Fantasy In Black isn't liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control, but we appreciate your patience, and we're here if you need an update.

5. Mixed Orders

If your order contains both physical and digital items, your digital products are delivered immediately and electronically as described above, while your physical items ship separately according to the processing and delivery times in Section 2.
